following health guarantee is issued with any
"pet quality"
puppy purchased from us.

Puppy's Information
New owner's Information
The above named puppy is guaranteed to be healthy when it leaves our
premises. We encourage you to take the puppy immediately (within 48 hrs.)
to your vet, and upon examination if puppy is found to be unhealthy in any way,
he will be replaced at no charge, or the purchase price refunded to you
(seller's choice). We want all our puppies to be happy and healthy.
This puppy is being sold as a pet, and is not intended for breeding purposes, therefore comes with a "limited AKC registration". Said dog is eligible for participation in all AKC-sanctioned events (allowed by the breed limitations) except Conformation. In addition to the above guarantees, if you EVER during your dog's lifetime, find that you are unable (for ANY reason) to keep and care for him (or her), you may return the dog to us. We require that immunizations are up to date, and you return registration papers along with the dog. Your dog would have a warm, and safe place in which to reside until a suitable adoptive home is found. Under these circumstances, there would be no monetary compensation returned to owner, however, rest assured he (she) would be provided love and attention, until placed in a loving home, depending on any individual situation.
