2008 Woolfarm's Yearling Ewes Page

These yearling ewes were born in the spring of 2008. We do not CHOOSE to breed our ewe lambs their first year.
HOWEVER...a beautiful ram lamb remained with the ewe lambs, so some of them lambed their "lamb year" as denoted below. Any that lambed, did so ON THEIR OWN, with absolutely NO assistance. ALL nursed and took care of their lamb(s).
December 6, 2009--The yearling ewes listed below were put in breeding pens. Therefore, they are available as "bred ewes".
An additional $150. "breeding fee" will be added to their price, which includes a guarantee of at least "one live lamb" being produced,
or the breeding fee will be refunded to the customer.

As in years past, we are still offering your choice of a breeding-quality ram at no additional charge, with the purchase of four ewes!!

IMPORTANT: Customer has two years from the date of purchase to choose their ram.
This allows new shepherds the added time sometimes necessary for getting their new sheep settled in at their farm before needing to add a
ram to the mix. Those wanting to take their "free ram" home along with the ewes have that option as well. We strive for happy sheep & customers, which is why we offer our unlimited after-sale support, backed by our experiences of 17+ years shepherding, and 50 years raising dogs.
